The Indonesian Journal of Legal and Political Government Studies applies the following publication fees:

• Article Submission: Free of charge (IDR 0).
• Article Processing Charge (APC): Free of charge (IDR 0).
• Article Publication: Free of charge (IDR 0).

There is no charge for manuscript submission. Authors are not required to pay fees for editorial assessment, peer review, manuscript processing, or publication.

No Article Processing Charge becomes payable after a manuscript has completed the editorial and peer-review processes or has been accepted for publication. The journal does not require payment as a condition for consideration, acceptance, or publication.

The journal does not offer a paid Fast Track Peer Review service. All manuscripts are processed under the same editorial policies, peer-review procedures, and publication ethics, without a fee-based priority route.

Free submission and publication do not guarantee acceptance, a favorable peer-review outcome, or publication within a specific timeframe. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the same editorial standards and double-anonymous peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the manuscript’s scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, regardless of the author’s financial circumstances.

Because no submission, processing, or publication fees are charged, authors are not required to make any payment to the journal. Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions or the outcome of peer review.
